How much does shipping cost?

Why don't you sell as many products as the other guys?

We test everything that we sell! If we haven't listed something on our website, it hasn't passed our rigorous tests yet!

If you have a question about something you don't see on our website, give us a call. We'll give you our honest opinion.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Devices like scooters with few options are often delivered within 10 days, depending on the availability of our technician to come to you for your setup appointment.

Products which are customized or have heavy duty suspensions require more logistics to be delivered and can take 4-6 weeks.

When you place an order, we'll give you a call and let you know how long we expect it to take. If you're not happy, we'll give you a full refund.

What if I find a lower price on another website for the same product?

We will honor it, with some restrictions. We ask that the competitor be an authorized retailer of the manufacturer and they must be following any pricing policies applicable to that manufacturer.
