As part of our One Year All-In Service Plan that is included with any mobility device that we sell, we will deliver and set up your mobility device in your home or at another location and teach you how to use it.
All shipping costs are included in the product price.
When your mobility device has been shipped, we will contact you to arrange for a time for our technician to deliver and set up your new device. We will schedule the appointment at a time and location convenient for you.
The appointment usually takes between 1-2 hours.
International shipping is quoted on an individual order basis. Please contact us and we would be pleased to provide you with a quote for international freight. If desired, we can make best efforts to arrange for an independent technician to come to the delivery location for setup and training.
